CHILDREN is a community-based organisation working since 2007 in the urban slums of North-West Delhi, supporting children, youth, and families from underserved communities. Over the past 15+ years, we have reached more than 20,000 children and youth and 15,000 families through programmes in education, health, life skills, and livelihoods.
Our work focuses on addressing intergenerational poverty, where limited access to education, skills, and stable livelihoods continues across generations within families living in informal settlements. Through community-based centres and sustained engagement, we create safe and structured spaces where young people can access education support, develop life and employability skills, and explore opportunities beyond their immediate environment.

CHILDREN India is a Non profit organization transforming lives of children and youth by facilitating in a remarkable journey led by the children themselves. Since 2007, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing the incredible resilience and potential of over hundred thousand young individuals from underprivileged communities across north-west Delhi.

Guided by a child-centred approach, we work to enhance access to quality education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods. We also ensure children and their families can benefit from crucial government schemes and protection programs.
