2. General Donation Guidelines
Donations to Children India are voluntary and non-refundable.

Donations can be made through multiple channels, including online payment gateways, bank transfers, and offline methods such as cash or cheque.
Corporate donations, grants, and partnerships are welcome and will be subject to due diligence.

Funds will be allocated in accordance with our mission to support children’s education, nutrition, healthcare, and protection.
We reserve the right to redirect funds where most needed in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
We ensure that administrative expenses are kept minimal and a major portion of donations go directly toward program implementation.
4. Donation Receipts & Acknowledgment
Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for all contributions made.
Tax-exempt receipts (if applicable) will be provided as per government regulations.
For online donations, an automated receipt will be generated and sent via email.
For offline donations, receipts will be issued manually and can be requested via email or phone.
5. Refund Policy
Donations once made are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will be considered only in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or erroneous payment processing.
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the donation date, accompanied by proof of transaction.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days through the original mode of payment.

We respect the privacy of our donors and ensure that personal information is securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.
Donor information will be used solely for communication, tax receipts, and updates about our work.
If a donor wishes to remain anonymous, they can request to do so at the time of donation.
